Does this mean we will eventually eavesdrop on intent from outside the body? Like catching faint WiFi radiation? And if you can do this, why can’t you inject rogue signals into the brain via body accessories?

I don’t know if the tech will be any god, but the implications of the tech as described are fascinating/horrifying. If I worked at the NSA, I’d be in this round too.
